Returns
Due to the nature of our products, personalised or customised items cannot be returned or refunded.
For all other products, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will issue and arrange a suitable solution.
Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.
