Nationwide Shipping

Gifts Galore ships nationwide across Namibia. All courier costs are for the client’s account.

Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are not calculated in advance. The courier company will determine the final delivery cost on the day of shipment, based on the parcel details.

​

Delivery fees must be paid directly to the courier company upon delivery. To avoid any billing or calculation errors, Gifts Galore does not process courier payments on behalf of clients.

 

Shipping costs depends on:

• Order size and weight

• Delivery location

• Courier rates

 

Important: For deliveries outside Windhoek, we do not use NamPost or Hardap Freight, as these companies do not offer private parcel pickups in Windhoek.

​Delivery Options in Windhoek​

 

Courier Delivery (Windhoek):

N$40 delivery fee, payable on delivery (cash or e-wallet)

 

Self-collection:

Orders can be collected from our home address in Windhoek between 9:00 – 17:00.

Please note: Collections are limited to small groups only. No weekend pickups.  Collections outside these hours must be arranged in advance.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination within Namibia. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated once shipping has been arranged.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate. Gifts Galore is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Gifts Galore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier company directly to file a claim.

Important: Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods. These may be required when submitting your claim to the courier.
